How to: Move a toolbar to a different location.
Solution:
Click and hold between buttons and drag to move toolbar outline to desired location.
1) Place the mouse pointer on an empty space between the toolbar buttons or on the title bar of the desired toolbar.
2) Press and hold down the left mouse button.
3) Drag to move the outline of the toolbar to the desired location.
4) Release the mouse button. (The selected toolbar appears in the desired location.)
